摘要
晶闸管换流阀是高压直流输电系统的核心设备,该设备运行状态直接影响了直流输电系统的运行可靠性。因此,在直流输电工程投运前及设备检修期间,电网设备运维单位有必要对换流阀晶闸管级单元进行例行测试。由于直流输电系统中晶闸管级单元数量庞大且晶闸管试验项目繁多,采用分离试验的方式,工作量巨大,因此设计并实现针对换流阀晶闸管级单元的综合测试系统具有重要工程价值。对晶闸管级单元的工作原理进行分析,结合IEC60700-1标准,提出换流阀晶闸管级单元的试验内容、原理及方法,并将开发的测试系统应用于±800 k V特高压直流输电工程换流站的晶闸管换流阀试验,测试结果证明该测试系统设计合理,满足工程应用需求。
Converter valve is one ofcore equipment for HVDC transmission power system, and its performance directly affectsreliability, stability and efficiency of whole power system. Thyristor level is basic unit of HVDC converter valve,so each thyristorlevel in the converter valve needs to test routinelybefore power system put into operation and during equipment maintenance. There are large number of thyristorlevels need to test and plenty of test items need to complete, resulting in huge workload and high costs. Thus, it is particularly urgent to research and design synthetic test system for thyristorlevel of converter valve. In this paper, in order to offer technical support for operation and maintenance of converter valve, test principle, content and methods for thyristorlevel with TCU are presented based onoperationalprinciple analysis of thyristorlevel and IEC 60700-1-2008 standard. Then, the synthetic test system is applied to thyristor valve test of a ±800k V HVDC transmission power project.Practical test results prove reasonability of this test system, meetingneed of engineering application.
