摘要
潮流控制器能够优化电力系统的潮流分布,提高电力系统的稳定极限。目前主要有3种典型的潮流控制器,分别是旋转潮流控制器(rotary power flow controller,RPFC)、统一潮流控制器(unified power flow controller,UPFC)和Sen Transformer(ST)。由于3种潮流控制器的机理各不相同,因此控制特性也各有差异。为此,研究了3种潮流控制器的工作原理,并分析了潮流控制器对输电系统功率特性的影响。在此基础上,从稳态控制特性、暂态控制特性、成本与损耗方面对3种潮流控制器进行了对比分析和仿真,总结了各自的优劣和适用场合,并指出了RPFC在电力系统潮流控制中的应用前景。UPFC控制性能很强,但成本高,承受故障能力弱;ST成本很低,但控制性能差;RPFC应用于电力系统的潮流控制具有较高的性价比,能够满足大多数情况下电力系统对潮流控制的要求,具有很好的应用前景。
Power flow controller optimizes power distribution and increases stability limit of power system. At present, there are mainly three kinds of power flow controllers: rotary power flow controller(RPFC), unified power flow controller(UPFC) and Sen Transformer(ST). Characteristics of these three controllers are different from each other because of different mechanisms. For this reason, different working principles of the three controllers are investigated and influence of the controllers on transmission system is studied. On this basis, comparison in terms of steady control characteristic, transient control performance, cost and loss of RPFC, UPFC and ST isperformed and simulated. Their merits, demerits and application situations are summarized and application prospect of RPFC in power system is indicated. UPFC is characterized with outstanding control performance, very highcost and weakfault tolerance ability. ST has low cost and unsatisfactory control performance. RPFC has higher cost performance and meets requirement of power flow control in most cases, therefore, among them, RPFC has a good application prospect.
