摘要
基于能量守恒及传热学的基本理论,建立了电加热地板辐射采暖启动过程的数学模型,开发了用于预测各特征点温度随启动时间变化的计算软件。特征点分别为室内空气温度、地板上、下表面温度,屋顶的内、外表面温度,以及围护结构内、外表面的温度。为了验证程序的合理性,针对同一供暖房间,利用所开发的软件进行了计算并进行了实际测量。结果表明:软件计算值与实测值在合理的误差范围内。利用该软件,综合分析了加热功率、发热电缆覆盖层厚度、围护结构特性以及室外温度等因素对供暖房间升温速率的影响。
Based on the conservation of energy and the basic theory of heat transfer, this paper establishes electric radiant floor transfer model, and develops software to calculate and analyze of the feature point temperature change with the startup time. These feature points include the indoor air, the upper and lower surface of floor, the inner and outer surface of retaining structure. To verify the rationality of the program, the developed software is used in the same heating room for the calculation and actual measurement. The results show that the calculation errors are in a reasonable range. Using this soft- ware, the factors of heating rate are analyzed. These factors include heating power and heating cable cover thickness, building envelope characteristics, outdoor temperature and so on.
