超声心动图诊断动脉导管未闭合并肺动脉赘生物1例
摘要
1临床资料患者,女,13岁,因发热、咳嗽7 d入院。入院前7 d,患儿无明显诱因出现发热、咳嗽,体温最高40℃。在院外抗生素输液治疗无明显好转。入院查体：体温38.5℃,胸骨左缘闻及Ⅲ级连续性杂音。
