摘要
磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility-weighted imaging,SWI)是利用组织间磁敏感差异而成像的新技术,它具有三维成像、高分辨率、完全流动补偿等特点,它对颅内出血尤其是弥漫性轴索损伤十分敏感。本文主要对其原理和在轻型颅脑外伤中的应用进行综述。
Susceptibility-weighted imaging is a new technique that exploits differences in magnetic susceptibility between tissues. It is characterized by three-dimension,high-resolution,fully velocity compensation. It is very sensitive to intracranial bleeding especially diffuse axonal injury. In this article,we present a review focusing on the principles and application of susceptibility-weighted imaging.
