摘要
中澳自贸协定是迄今中国签署的投资贸易自由化程度最高的自贸协定。在对自贸协定的签署背景、中澳贸易状况及协定具体内容充分研究的基础上,认为协定的签署对于降低我国资源利用成本,加强双方在地质矿产领域的合作,推动双边人员往来和倒逼国内地勘单位改革等方面将产生重要影响;对此,中国应该在与更多的资源大国签署自贸协定、鼓励民营企业走出去参与矿业投资、鼓励科技创新和加快地勘单位改革等方面采取具体的措施。
China-Australia FTA（ChAFTA）is the FTA with highest degree of trade liberalization ever signed by China.On the basis of researching on the background of signing ChAFTA,Sino-Australian trade situation and the ChAFTA text,we found ChAFTA is significant in terms of reducing the cost of resource utilization,strengthening the cooperation in the field of geology and mineral resources,and promoting the bilateral personnel exchanges.Meanwhile,it will push forward the reform of geological prospecting units.Therefore,China should take concrete measures in various aspects so that we can sign FTA with more mineral-rich countries,encourage private enterprises to engage in the overseas mining investment,promote scientific and technological innovation in the field of geological exploration,and speed up the reform of geological exploration units.
