摘要
随着西朝钼矿日常生产的不断进行,部分开采空区也在日益扩大,并且局部已经连接成片,为解决由此而带来的地压及采场顶板冒落逐步显现的问题,采用针对矿山特点进行相关试验与优化设计的方法,并进行了工业试验研究,结果表明目前该矿充填能力为70~90m3/h,由于具备完善的自动控制系统,同时工艺技术经优化后,通过调节与控制,尾砂浆放砂与料浆制备浓度和流量保持稳定,制备出的充填浆体物理性能指标良好,满足了日常生产要求。
With the mining process of Xichao molybdenum mine,the related gobs were growing,and some gobs were connected to each other.In order to solve the problem of impact ground stress and roof ground dropping induced by mining,some tests were accomplished and the method to optimize designing was studied.The results showed that:The filling ability in this mine is 70~90m3/h.Because of the impeccable self-control system and the optimized method,the density and flow can keep stable.Besides,the physical parameters can satisfy the requirement of production.
