摘要
对东鞍山烧结厂选矿车间的混合磁选精矿(铁品位(TFe)47.93%)进行"提铁降硅"时,采用了阴离子捕收剂加温反浮选工艺。对矿浆进行加温,不仅需要消耗大量蒸汽,增加能耗;而且使浮选车间的工作环境相对较差。针对物料特性研发了一种新型阳离子捕收剂DYP。在常温下,按东鞍山烧结厂1粗1精3扫,中矿顺序返回闭路浮选的现场工艺流程进行反浮选,最终获得精矿铁品位(TFe)65.31%、回收率79.24%的良好指标,药剂制度简单。
During the process of increasing iron and reducing silicon from the mixed magnetic concentrate(iron grade 47.93%)adopted by Donganshan sintering plant,anionic collector reverse flotation at high temperature has been undertaking.Heating the pulp not only need to consume a lot of steam,which increases energy consumption but also make flotation plant working environment bad.After studying the characters of mixed magnetic concentrate in Donganshan sintering plant,a new cationic collector DYP was prepared by Northeastern University.At the temperature 25℃,collector DYP acts the reverse flotation collector and imitates the actual product flow(one time of rough flotation,one time of concentration and three times of scavenging in closed circuit)taking the flotation experiments.Finally,aproduct with a iron grade of 65.31%and a iron recovery of 79.24%is obtained and the reagent system is more easy.
