摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、化学分析、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、矿相显微镜和矿物参数自动定量分析系统(MLA)等分析方法,对澳大利亚某磁铁精粉进行了工艺矿物学研究。详细阐述了矿样的化学成分、铁物相分布、矿物组成及其主要铁矿物和脉石矿物的工艺特征。样品中有用矿物以磁铁矿为主,磁铁矿解离度较高,脉石组分的主要为SiO2和碱金属矿物。本文可为该矿石的选矿工艺研究提供矿物学基础资料。
In this paper the process mineralogy study of Australian magnetite concentrate was performed using X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF),chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),metallographic microscope and mineral liberation analyser(MLA).The sample's chemical components,iron phase distribution,mineral compositions and mineralogical characterizations of its main iron minerals and gangue mineralswas presented in detail.The valuable mineral in the sampleisdominated by magnetite,which has high degree of mineral liberation,the gangue mineralsare mainly SiO2 and alkali metal minerals.This paper could provide mineralogical basis for beneficiation study of the magnetite concentrate.
