非洲某钽铌粗精矿精选试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on cleaning of tantalum-niobium rough concentrate in Africa

摘要 针对非洲某钽铌矿粗精矿进行了精选试验研究。采用不同类型的磁选装备进行了铌铁矿和钛铁矿分离对比试验,CRIMM电磁高梯度磁选机分离效果最佳,磁选尾矿电选法回收锡石。采用磁选-电选联合工艺流程,有效解决了钽铌粗精矿中各有用元素的综合回收,最终获得了含Ta_2O_55.13%、Nb2O5品位56.09%,回收率分别为86.25%、88.86%的钽铌精矿,含TiO246.65%、回收率88.68%的钛精矿,含Sn57.71%、回收率70.41%的锡精矿。 Experimental study on cleaning of tantalum-niobium rough concentrate in Africa was carried out.Contrast tests for separation of niobite and ilmenite by different type magnetic separation equipments were conducted,separation effect is the best by CRIMM electro-magnetic high gradient magnetic separator,electrostatic separation was adopted to reclaim ilmenite from magnetic separation tailings.The united flowsheet of magnetic-electrostatic separation was used and the comprehensive reclaim of each valuable metal in the rough concentrate has been accomplished effectively,Finally,a tantalum-niobium concentrate with a Ta_2O_5、Nb_2O_5 grade and recovery of 5.13%、56.09% and 86.25%、88.86%,was obtained,a nilmenite concentrate with a TiO2 grade and recovery of 46.65%and 88.68%,respectively was obtained,tin concentrate(Sn grade=57.71%,recovery rate=70.41%)was obtained.
