摘要
为考察格条对螺旋溜槽分选效果的影响,通过在螺旋溜槽槽面铺设格条,并改变格条与槽面直径之间夹角大小的方法进行试验,得到了各粒级的精煤灰分、尾煤灰分、精煤产率和综合效率的变化规律。试验结果表明:相对于无格条时,在正角度范围内,各粒级精煤灰分和精煤产率均升高,在45°达到最大值,粗粒级在60°时分选效率最高,细粒级分选效率都降低;在负角度范围内,粗粒级精煤灰分在-45°处最低,分选效率在0°最高,细粒级精煤灰分均升高,分选效率降低。
In order to study the influence of riffle on the separation effect of spiral chute,a experiment was carried out by laying riffles on the groove face of spiral chute and changing the angle between riffle and the diameter of chute,the change rules of the ash of clean coal,ash of tailings,clean coal yield and comprehensive efficiency of each size fraction was obtained.The results show that:comparing with free groove face,when the angle is positive,the ash of clean coal and clean coal yield of each size fraction both increase,and reach the maximum at 45°,the comprehensive efficiency of coarse fraction is highest at 60°,the comprehensive efficiency of fine fraction fall;when negative,for the coarse fraction,the ash of clean coal is lowest at-45°and the comprehensive efficiency is highest at 0°,for the fine fraction,ash of clean increase,comprehensive efficiency drop.
