摘要
由于聚碳酸酯薄膜材料停产,在宇航型号中已广泛应用的聚碳酸酯电容器的供应面临严峻考验。为解决此问题,文章提出了以聚苯硫醚(简称PPS)电容器替代聚碳酸酯(简称PC)电容器的解决方案,对比分析了国产聚碳酸酯有机薄膜电容器和聚苯硫醚有机薄膜电容器的性能,确定PPS电容器满足宇航要求,解决了宇航型号迫切的选用需求问题。
The cessation of production of polycarbonate(PC) film capacitors had hampered their supply for the space projects. To solve the problem, a scheme of replacing polycarbonate capacitors with polyphenylens sulfide(PPS) film capacitors was proposed. By comparison and analysis of the performance of PC and PPS film capacitors that made in China, it is concluded that this kind of capacitors can meet the requirements for aerospace applications.
