摘要
设计了一种结合RF MEMS开关实现频率可重构的三频PIFA(planner inverted F-antenna,平面倒F天线)天线。该频率可重构天线通过变换在地层的RF MEMS开关的通断改变天线的谐振回路的物理长度,从而改变PIFA天线的工作频率。通过HFSS仿真可知,这个天线可以工作在203,498和910 MHz这三个频率为中心的频段,其相对带宽分别为18%,10%和8%,能够满足实际通信的需求。
The frequency reconfigurable three-band planner inverted F-antenna(PIFA) that employed RF mico-electro-mechanical systems(RF MEMS) switches was designed. The frequency reconfigurable antenna was achieved by using RF MEMS switches on the ground to change the physical lengths of the paths on the antenna resonance circuit, and then to change the antenna's work frequency. Simulation was conducted by HFSS. Results denote this antenna can work centered around 203, 498, 910 MHz three bands and has the relative bandwidths of 18%, 10% and 8%, respectively, and it can meet the needs of practical communication.
