介绍了BIM技术具体内涵,阐述了BIM技术在建筑设计中发挥的重要作用,并对其应用特点进行了分析,从建筑策划实施、建筑方案论证、施工场地分析等方面,说明了BIM技术在建筑工程中的应用成效,有利于BIM技术的进一步推广应用。
The paper introduces the connotation of BIM technique,illustrates the important role of the technique in the architectural design,analyzes its application features,and indicates its application effect in architectural projects from the architectural planning implementation,proof of architectural schemes,and analysis of construction sites,so as to improve its further application of the technique.
