BIM信息技术在某地标建筑工程中的应用

On application of BIM information technique in some landmark building

结合某超高层建筑的工程实施难点,采用BIM信息技术建立了三维实景模型,从场区规划、成本管理、工程进度等方面,对BIM技术在该建筑施工项目中的运用进行了论述,结果表明该技术的应用优化了施工方案,降低了成本,提高了效率。

Combining with the difficulties in implementing some high-rise buildings,the paper establishes the three-dimension real-time model with BIM information technique,indicates the application of BIM technique in the architectural construction from the site planning,cost management,and engineering progress,and proves by the result that the technique can optimize the construction scheme,lower cost and improve the efficiency.
