摘要
结合土木工程施工管理的现状,从安全、质量、进度、技术、材料及生态环境方面,对土木工程施工管理中存在的问题进行了详细分析,并提出了针对性的改善措施,以有效保障土木工程的施工质量与安全。
Combining with the status of the construction management of civil projects,the paper analyzes some problems in the construction management from the safety,quality,progress,technique,materials,and ecological environment,and points out according improvement measures,so as to ensure the construction quality and safety of the civil projects.
