劉秉忠《萬言策》上書時間再探討

劉秉忠在大蒙古國時期撰寫的《萬言策》,是忽必烈建立政權、"附會漢法"的綱領性文件。本文判斷《萬言策》的上書時間應是在海迷失后三年(1251)二月前後。

"Wan Yan Ce",a memorial submitted by Liu Binzhong in Yeke Mongol Empire period,was a programmatic document for Kublai to establish the rules and implements according to some institutional practices of the Han Dynasties. This article argues that the time of Liu's submittal should be around February,1251,the 3rd year of Queen Qaimish's reign.
