On Building Loudi Into Culturally Powerful City

当前,娄底市具备丰富的文化资源、浓郁的文化氛围、活跃的文化服务、优越的地理位置等建设文化强市的优势,但也存在不少制约因素,如文化资源的保护与利用有待加强、文化服务的设施与体系有待完善、文化产业的培植与品牌有待研发、城市形象的设计与升华有待改进、文化机制的改革与创新有待推进等。娄底市建设文化强市,应当选择适合自己发展的策略:保护和利用文化资源,突出独特性;健全和完善文化服务,打造文化共享圈;研发和推进文化产业,拉动经济增长点;设计和传播文化形象,擦亮新名片;改革和创新文化体制,激活驱动力。

Rich cultural resources,dense cultural atmosphere,dynamic cultural services,excellent geographical location,all these mean that Loudi has a great potential to become a culturally powerful city. Still,the development of the city are hindered by such problems as insufficient protection and exploitation of cultural resources,imperfect cultural service-related facilities and systems,underdeveloped cultural industry,ineffective cultural brand building,underperforming city image,and a lack of reform and innovation in cultural mechanism. To build Loudi into a culturally powerful city,we ought to choose the right strategies which should point us to the protection and exploitation of cultural resources with greater attention to the unique ones,the improvement of cultural services for the establishment of a culture-sharing circle,research and development of cultural industry for the growth of local economy,a new face of the city for the spread of culture,and further reform and innovation in cultural mechanisms for more powerful driving-force.
