摘要
娄底城镇化发展较快,但整体水平仍不高,并且存在城镇化滞后于工业化和非农化、地区之间发展不均衡、城镇化发展质量差等问题。采用数学模型预测分析娄底未来20年的城镇化发展,可以发现,要提高娄底城镇化质量,保障健康发展,应注重以农民工市民化为重点、构建现代产业结构、多渠道筹措资金、转变城镇发展方式、城镇化与新农村建设同步发展。
The urbanization of Loudi is rapid,but remains at low level. It is lagging behind the industrialization and non-agriculturization of the city and is hindered by such problems as unbalanced development and poor quality. This paper intends to predict and analyze the urbanization of Loudi in the next twenty years with a mathematical model. According to the analysis,we ought to focus on granting rural migrant workers citizenship,construct a modern industrial structure,finance the development through multiple channels,transform the development mode,and sync up the development of urbanization with the building of new countryside in order to promote urbanization in Loudi and to ensure its healthy development.
