摘要
教师实践能力成为当代教师教育的关注点,但对教师实践能力本质的理解偏向技能性质。教育作为道德事业,教师实践能力本质是智慧性能力和技能性能力的辩证统一。当教育简化为技术活动时,教师实践能力分离为行为主义取向的单一技能清单,或是认知主义视角下的通用能力。当教学为实践活动时,技能的运用必须放置在智慧性反思的规范框架中才能判断其合理性,也才能合理、有效解决教学实践问题,不断锤炼教师的实践能力。
Teachers' practical ability has become an important issue facing modern teacher education; yet general understanding of it has a bias towards the practical skills that teachers should possess. Because education is a moral undertaking,the practical ability of teachers should be a dialectical unity of intellectuality and skills. If education is reduced to a technical work,teachers' practical ability will be simplified as a list of behaviorism-based simple skills,or a cognitivism-based general competence. During a practical teaching activity,the employment of skills must be placed in the normative framework of intellectual reflection before we know whether it is reasonable. This is the way to effectively solve the problems regarding teaching practice and constantly improve the practical ability of teachers.
