摘要
地方政府债务融资不规范、债务资金使用监管不力、部分地方政府偿债能力较弱、违规使用债务资金造成资金使用效率低下等问题导致地方政府债务风险加大。本文通过剖析影响地方政府债务风险的各种因素,提出地方政府债务风险防范的具体措施。
The poor regulation on local government debt financing,the ineffective use of debt financing,the week ability of local government debt paying and the illegal use of debt capital which brings about the problems such as low efficiency of funds,all these leads to the increasing debt risks of local government.By analyzing the various factors affecting local government debt risks,this paper puts forward specific control measures of local government debt risks.
