面向京津冀协同发展河北省交通支撑体系发展策略研究

Development Strategies of Transportation Support System of Hebei Province in the Integrated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

本文以河北省134个县(包括县级市)2010年经济统计年鉴数据为基础,运用聚类分析和地理信息系统研究了河北省各县市经济发展水平、人口与农业、交通基础设施、城市化水平的空间分布特征,并分析了各个指标与区域综合交通支撑体系的相互关系。结果表明:经济发展水平与交通体系完善程度呈现正相关的关系,经济发展地域差异较明显,县域经济受到市域经济的影响,环首都地区的县市区位优势较明显,工业产值和社会指标均受惠于交通。最后提出了建立完整的交通疏散体系等河北省构建交通支撑体系的策略。

Based on Statistical Yearbook（2010）of 134 counties（including county-level cities）in Hebei province,the paper applies cluster analysis and geographic information system to study economic development level of cities and counties,population and agriculture,transportation infrastructure,urbanization and its spatial distribution in Hebei province.The results show that：the improvement of the traffic system is positively related to the economic development.The regional economy development level differs obviously;the county economy is affected by the city area economy;At the end of the paper,strategies such as establishing a complete system of traffic evacuation are proposed to construct traffic support system in Hebei province,which is of great significance to the integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province.
