论挫折教育在大学生生命教育中的重要地位及其实现途径

大学生挫折教育不仅是十分必要的,而且应该成为大学生生命教育的核心内容。挫折教育的目的在于引导大学生以坚强的意志和平常心对待各种挫折;志存高远,胸怀天下,坚信每个人都能为社会做贡献;以乐观心态看待就业问题;相信每个人都有无限的潜能。为此,高校要通过开展革命烈士、英雄事迹的宣传教育活动,培养大学生的爱国主义情怀;组织大学生参加各种社会公益活动,培养大学生的奉献精神;倡导人生而平等,不以职业高低分贵贱,培养大学生的生命平等意识;让大学生参加各种各样的劳动,培养他们的艰苦奋斗精神,提高大学生的抗挫折能力。

Frustration Education is more than necessary to college students,and it should become the core of Students＇ Life Education.It aims at guiding students to face the challenges with a will of strength and state of mind.It also encourages everyone to contribute to society with an optimistic attitude to employment issues with belief that everyone has unlimited potential.For this reason,it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out revolutionary martyr by heroic deeds of publicity and education activities in order to cultivate students＇ patriotism;to organize students to participate in various social welfare activities.The spirit of hard work should be promoted to improve anti-frustration ability of the university students.
