摘要
对中医药治疗痛风性关节炎的实验研究进展进行综述。方法:查找国内外文献资料并进行分析、整理、总结。结论:中医药治疗高尿酸血症及痛风有很多方面需要深入和完善,不仅要继续探讨已有中药治疗痛风的机制,还要发掘更多针对痛风有良好疗效的中药及其验方,从分子、细胞水平等多方面对药物疗效及作用机制进行客观探讨,推广和发扬中医药的特色。
To review the progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gouty arthritis by searching domestic and overseas literature for analysis, sorting and summary. There are many aspects need to be thorough and complete in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperuricemia and gout, it should not only continue to explore the existing mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout, but also find Chinese medicine and proved recipe that have good treatment effect on gout. Discussing objectively from molecular, cellular level and other aspects of the drug effect and mechanism to explore, promote and develop the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
