循环流化床锅炉的磨损控制和预防具有决定性的影响,直接关系着火力发电厂长期任务的达成与实现。以火力发电厂循环流化床锅炉的实际运行为基础,从材料选择、结构设计、安装施工、锅炉运行等四个角度展开了思考,希望对预防循环流化床锅炉磨损有所启发。

Wear control and prevention of circulating fluidized bed boiler has a decisive influence, which directly related to the long-term task of thermal power plant. Based on the actual operation of thermal power plants＇ circulating fluidized bed boiler, this paper analyzed from four perspectives of material selection, structural design, installation and construction, and boiler operation, hoping to prevent the wear of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
