With the rapid pace of development of the current society, China has proposed a strategy of sustainable development, energy has become the most major sector of China＇s industrial production and construction. The development ofgeneral mechanical equipment focus on energy-saving requirements, industrial economy efficiency and resources saving are both needed. By analyzing the importance of maintenance and energy saving of general mechanical equipment, this paper focused on the maintenance andenergy-saving approach of general mechanical equipmentfor reference.
