探究新时期博物馆管理的发展方向

To explore the development direction of museum management in the new era

文化建设需要有基础设施做陪衬,而博物馆正属于文化中的基础设施,也是文化积淀的标志。进入新时期之后,尤其是在博物馆实现了免费开放政策以后,博物馆的管理工作逐渐出现了各种各样的问题。通过相关文献,对博物馆在管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并找出与之相对应的解决方法,希望可以为新时期博物馆管理工作提供新的发展方向。

Infrastructure is needed in cultural construction, museums belong to cultural infrastructure, and a sign of cultural heritage. After entering the new era, especially the museums are implemented the free open policy, there are a variety of problems in museum management. Through searching the relevant literature, this paper analyzed the existing problems in museum management, and proposed the corresponding solutions, hoping to provide a new direction for museum management in the new period.
