摘要
从乳品的原料、生产过程、工艺方法、设备的运行状态以及生产的环境卫生等多个方面分析了我国当前乳品行业质量的相关因素,提出了有效提高乳品质量要从原料质量、乳品的生产过程以及乳品企业工作人员质量培训等相关环节进行控制,使最终生产出来的乳制品受到广大消费者的欢迎。
From the aspects of dairy raw materials, production processes, process methods,operation status of equipment, and environmental health of production, this paper analyzed the relevant factors affecting the quality of current dairy industry, proposed to improve the quality of dairy products from raw material quality, production process and personnel training and other related aspects, so as to make the final dairy products favored by the majority of consumers.
