机械通气患者中文状态焦虑量表简化版的研制

Development of a chinese shortened state anxiety inventory for patients receiving mechanical ventilation

目的研制机械通气患者中文状态焦虑量表的简化版,并考察该简表的信效度。方法选取102例患者进行中文状态焦虑量表和视觉模拟评分的测试,采用探索性因子分析法对量表进行简化,并对简化版量表进行信效度检验。结果原量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.90,机械通气患者焦虑评分为(48.14±9.07)。简化量表共包含6个条目,累计方差贡献率为72.1%,Cronbach'sα系数为0.80。结论中文状态焦虑量表简化版具有良好的信度和效度,适用于机械通气患者。

Objective To develop a Chinese shortened version of the State Anxiety Inventory for patients receiving mechanical ventilation,and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods 102 ventilated patients were recruited and completed the CSAI and VAS.Exploratory factor analysis techniques were used to create a shortened scale.Internal consistency,construct validity,and convergent validity of the scale were analyzed. Results The Cronbach＇s α of CSAI was 0.90,and the scores of anxiety was （48.14±9.07）.The shortened scale has 6 items, explained 72.1% of the total variance by two factors,Cronbach＇s α was 0.80. Conclusion The Chinese shortened version of the State Anxiety Inventory has acceptable reliability and validity in patients receiving mechanical ventilation.
