外源性因素对妊娠早期阴道微生态的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨外源性因素对妊娠早期阴道微生态的影响,为临床早期预防提供依据。方法选取2014年1—10月我院产前门诊常规产检的孕妇266例采集阴道分泌物,进行阴道微生态评价,根据是否失调分为正常组178例、失调组88例;同时采用Losstic回归分析方法分析两组的年龄、文化程度、BMI、孕产次、流产史、吸烟史、洗浴方式、阴道冲洗次数、性生活情况、既往阴道炎史、抗生素的使用与阴道微生态失调的关系。结果失调组每周的性生活次数[(0.34±0.58)次]、阴道冲洗次数[(1.21±0.51)次]高于对照组(0.17±0.46)、(1.02±0.15)次,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为6.30、7.28,P均〈0.01)。失调组既往有阴道炎史的比例[44.32%(39/88)]高于对照组[19.66%(35/178)],文化程度大学及以上比例[77.27%(68/88)]低于对照组[83.15%(148/178)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(x。值分别为32.60、4.04,P均〈0.05)。结论妊娠早期妇女阴道微生态失调的危险因素有既往阴道炎史、性生活次数、阴道冲洗;文化程度为保护因素。
