摘要 排采初期的煤层气井产气、产水量较低,国内外尚无成熟的产出剖面测试技术。针对该难题,开展了产出剖面测试技术攻关。首先,设计制定了集流与非集流组合测井方案,开展了压差法、涡轮、电导法等传感技术在气水两相下的模拟井动态实验研究,得到了各传感器在气水两相条件下的响应规律,并研制了煤层气井产出剖面组合测井仪。应用测井仪样机在临汾试验区块开展了现场试验,成功录取了温度、压力、密度、流量和含水等参数,通过对测井数据的分析可准确解释分层产气、产水状况,证明产出剖面组合测井仪适用于排采初期煤层气井分层测试。 At the early stage of coalbed gas production,the output of byproducts of gas and water are low. There is still no mature production profile logging technology. In view of the problem,the research on the well logging technology used in low production CBM wells was done.At first,one combinatorial solution of flow- concentration and non- flow- concentration measurement was designed,and the experimental study of sensors in the gas- water two- phase- flow was carried out,which include the differential pressure sensor,turbine flowmeter sensor and conduction watercut meter sensor. Finally,the combined well logging instrument was developed for the low production CBM wells.The experimental instrument was tested in the Linfen area to get the data of temperature,density,pressure,flow and water cut successfully.And the water and gas yield were deduced through the analysis of the logging data. It is proved that the combined well logging instrument can used in the profile well logging at the early stage of coalbed gas production,
