摘要 为了节省成本,提高产量,在油田的后期开发中,需要对那些产量低,甚至枯竭的井重新开发。在开发过程中,拔出采油管柱以及封隔器是必不可少的,由于油气井开采时间长,导致套管变形,油管柱和封隔器无法拔出,造成卡钻事故,因此需要切割并取出卡点以上油管柱。化学切割是一项新的技术,在修井作业中得到广泛应用,采用该项技术,大大加快了油井作业进度。通过对化学切割的工作原理、仪器的组成结构、现场施工流程以及注意事项的介绍,并结合NORTH GERAGAI-31井的施工过程,讲解了化学切割技术在解决油管柱遇卡中的应用过程。 During the late stage of oil field development,in order to save the cost and increase the production,it' s necessary to redevelop those wells with the low production and even drying up wells. It's essential to pull out the tubing strings and the packer in the process. Because the long time well development would lead to the deformation of the well casing,so the tubing string and the packer can not be pull out smoothly,and even be stuck,and so the tubing need to be cut and then pull out the tubing string above the stuck point. Chemical cutting is one new technology widely used,which greatly accelerates the progress of well operation. The principle of chemical cutting,structure of the cutter,the operation procedure and attention maters were introduced,and then explained the chemical cutting process in the application by the example of that in NORTH GERAGAI-31 well.
