摘要
主要研究了环形腔体的微小形变对光束稳定性的影响。首先基于环形腔内光线传播的傍轴矩阵建立了光束在腔内循环的稳定条件,然后基于几何模型分析了腔形微变与稳定性参数的相关性。分别在弧矢面和子午面上的特定模拟仿真表明,对于初始结构满足稳定条件的正矩形腔,腔体的微小形变和反射镜的微小偏转都不会导致光束发散,光束的传播依然满足稳定条件|A+D|<2。
In this paper,the influence of the micro deformation of the ring cavity on the stability of the beam is studied.The stability condition of the beam in the cavity is established based on the light propagation in the annular cavity,and based on the geometric model,the relationship between the shape of the cavity and the stability parameter is analyzed.The simulation in the sagittal plane and the meridional plane presented that the micro deformation of the cavity and the small deflection of the mirror did not cause the beam divergence for the initial structure of the positive rectangular cavity.The propagation of the beam still satisfies the stability condition of|A+D|〈2.
