Research on Construction Sequence for Urban Rail Transit Planning

目前我国城市轨道交通行业已经进入大规模快速发展阶段,亟需与之相适应的行业统计。2015年12月25日,中国城市轨道交通协会2015年度统计工作会议在京召开,协会副会长陈建国,副秘书长宋敏华、安小芬等协会领导出席会议。陈建国副会长在讲话中指出行业统计工作的重要性,对统计工作团队建设寄予厚望,同时希望统计工作立足高水准、用好大数据。宋敏华副秘书长在总结发言中提出,要提高统计的质量和及时性。在统计工作会议上,

Urban rail transit planning construction sequence is one of the most important contents of urban rail transit planning. Rea- sonable construction sequence scheme can not only serve as the decision-making basis for the development of city construction and city traffic planning, but also help promote urban economic growth and alleviate the urban traffic pressure. In order to make the construction sequence more reasonable, we put forward the research method which combines the subjective and objective consider- ation. First of all, f＇we construction sequence indexes are screened, and the quantitative formula are presented by the analysis of these indexes. Then, we use the method which includes both the subjective weight method （9 scaling method） and the objective weight method （entropy weight method） to calculate the weight of each index in order to get the rail transit planning construction sequence. Finally, we take Nanjing rail transit as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. The calculation results by the method are consistent with the overall planning results, and the method can show the route problem more clearly on individual lines.
