摘要
通过分析厦漳泉区域地理特征、经济发展水平、现有交通设施,认为区域具备一体化的基础。厦漳泉都市区需要覆盖中心城市及周边组团、服务于中长距离出行、以通勤和弹性客流为主的区域轨道交通。区域轨道交通线路围绕厦门开展规划,兼顾都市区及厦门市域快速出行功能。依据国内外都市圈轨道交通系统规划、建设、运营经验,在现有公路、铁路网络已实现厦漳泉城市群间点到点直达交通联系的前提下,推荐厦漳泉区域轨道交通采用城市轨道交通快线模式。在邻近城市间1 h可达的时间目标下可选择最高运行速度120 km/h的地铁车辆,开行多种运营交路及快慢车,分时分地满足客流需求,并提高乘车舒适度。区域快线宜尽早规划,修建时机取决于区域一体化的发展进程。
The author considered that Xiazhangquan metropolitan area,which refers to Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou cities in Fujian of South China,has the potential of realizing regional integration,considering its geographical features,the regional economic development and the transportation facilities. The regional rail transit system which connects the downtown and the satellite towns is needed for the long distance commuter traffic and flexible traffic. The regional rail transit system has the fast connection function in the metropolitan area and Xiamen city region. The express lines should be planned around Xiamen. Since the existing transportation networks enables fast links between cities,the express line mode in urban rail transit is recommended by referring to the experiences of rail system development in domestic foreign metropolitans. The metro cars with the maximum speed of 120 km /h are appropriate for the one-hour goal to travel between cities. The different operating vehicles and lines can meet the varied needs of passengers. The rail networks should be planned in advance,while the construction opportunity depends on the development process of regional integration.
