摘要 随着旅游业快速的发展,旅游行业人才"高需求和低就业"一直困扰着旅游教育。本文通过对应用型本科院校旅游管理与服务教育本科生就业期望方面进行调查,从学生的角度出发,找出其中原因,并提出应用型本科院校应明确人才培养方向、建立校企合作、拓宽就业渠道、实现舆论导向等措施,转变传统就业观念,以实现社会对本专业的应用型、综合型和技能型的要求,解决行业人才需求与供给的矛盾。 Employment is the orientation of applied univeristy. With the rapid development of tourism, the high damand and low employment has being haunted the tourism. The thesis therefore investigates and analyzes the employment expec- tion, employment ability and professional education of the undergraduates, and proposes that applied university should clear the development orientation and standard, improve the teaching, establish the cooperation between university and enterprise, extend employment channel and implement direction of public opinion in terms of optimization of relents training to meet the social demand for application, comprehensiveness and skillfulness. Then the employment rate can be improved.
