溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中环氧乙烷 被引量:6

Determination of ethylene oxide in workplace air by solvent-desorption-gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中环氧乙烷(EO)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法。方法活性炭管采集,采用5%(V/V)甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,并与现行国家标准方法进行对比。结果EO质量浓度在0.24 mg/L^960.00 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 96;方法批内精密度相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.52%~3.68%,批间精密度RSD为2.69%~4.21%;平均解吸效率为79.2%~89.7%;最低定量质量浓度为0.16 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L空气计)。样品在-20℃冰箱中至少可保存5 d。结论 EO溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法操作简单、灵敏度高、精密度好,可在工作中广泛推广。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethylene oxide( EO) in workplace air by solvent- desorption- gas chromatography. Methods EO in the air of workplace was collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with solvent( 5% methanol- methylene chloride),isolated with capillary column,and then analyzed by gas chromatography- flame ionization detection( GC- FID). The method was compared with the current national standard method. Results Good linearity was obtained when the quality concentration of EQ was among 0. 24 mg/L- 960. 00 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient( r) of0. 999 96. The within- run precision's relative standard deviations( RSD) was 2. 52%- 3. 68%,and the between- run precision's RSD was among 2. 69%- 4. 21%. The average desorption efficiency was among 79. 2%- 89. 7%. The minimum quantitative concentration was 0. 16 mg/m3( 1. 5 L sample). Samples could be stored for at least 5 d at- 20 ℃. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and precise,and it is suitable for the determination of EO in workplace air.
