摘要
建筑装修一体化技术的普及,使得能够满足自由布线,接线等要求的架空地板得到了广泛的应用。在满足架空地板使用功能的前提下,研发一种新型的架空地板冷弯帽形钢横梁截面,有效增大了建筑室内的使用高度。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对方钢横梁和不同截面的冷弯帽形钢横梁进行受力性能研究。研究表明,新型横梁极限承载力和抗弯刚度与壁厚和翼缘宽度有关,壁厚对极限承载力和抗弯刚度的影响更为显著。冷弯帽形钢横梁在能够满足正常使用要求的同时,增加了地板上方的使用高度,可以取代方钢横梁。
The overhead floor which could meet the requirements of free wiring has been widely used because of the popularity of architectural decoration integration technology. A new type of steel cross section in overhead floor system was proposed,which could effectively increase the indoor height. The mechanical behavior of square steel beam and coldformed hat-section steel beam with different cross sections had been researched by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity and bending rigidity of the beams were related with wall thickness and flange width,and the influence of the wall thickness was more significant. The use of cold-formed hat-section steel beam could increase the indoor height compared with the square steel beam.
