摘要
结合钢结构建筑在我国的发展趋势,分析钢结构建筑施工技术对建筑各个方面的影响;考虑工业化施工与传统施工的不同之处以及钢结构及其工业化建造的特点,将评价体系分为技术性能、经济性、绿色可持续性、产业政策效应4个准则层,建立相应的指标层,利用层次分析法通过调查问卷形式确定各个指标的权重系数;利用模糊评价原理建立指标层评分方法,形成针对钢结构建筑工业化建造施工与安装技术的评价体系。
Combined with the development trend of the steel structure building in our country,the effects of steel building construction technology on all aspects of the building were analyzed. Considering the differences between industrialized construction and traditional construction and the characteristics of its industrial construction,the evaluation system was divided into four criteria layers of technical performance,economics,green sustainability,and industrial policy effect. The corresponding index layer was established. Weighting coefficients were defined by using AHP and questionnaires. The evaluation system of the construction and installation of steel structure buildings was established by using fuzzy evaluation principle.
