摘要
通过对某工程打造的实体模型和相应的立方体试块的研究,初步探讨天津地区实体混凝土强度的规律和不同检测方法评定混凝土强度的差异,研究发现:对工程实体采用《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ/T 23-2011)评定时宜采取保留意见;对芯样进行锯切加工时,需注意锯切芯样的位置:600℃·d、28 d和60 d时宜分别切去原始芯样自表端20 mm、30 mm和40 mm;需进一步研究探讨自芯样表端30 mm位置时进行锯切加工的注意事项及芯样强度与芯样质量的"相关"关系。
This paper preliminary studied the difference among different detection methods of the concrete strength in Tianjin area based on the research of the solid model and the corresponding cubes,it was found that we should be appropriate to take reservations when evaluation the entity concrete by 《Technical specification for inspection of concrete compression strength by rebound method》(JGJ/T23-2011),When sawing the cores,it should be paid attention to the sample position of the cutting:600℃·d,28 d and 60 d,cut from table side 20 mm,30mm,40mm;A further study was needed to investigate the points of attention in the process of sawing and cutting in the 30 mm position of the core sample and the "relevant" relationship between the core sample strength and the core sample weight.
