摘要
结合银川某黄河大桥主墩大体积承台施工的工程实例,从配合比设计上采取措施降低混凝土的绝热温升,延缓混凝土的温度峰值出现时间;施工中降低混凝土的入模温度,表面覆盖洒水,减小混凝土的内外温差,预防混凝土产生裂纹和裂缝。结果表明该技术措施合理可行。
Combined the engineering project of Yellow River bridge main pier in Yinchuan big volume cushion cap of the construction,took the measures of reducing the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete from the mixture ratio design to delay the temperature peak time of concrete;reduced the concrete into the mold temperature through surface watering to reduce the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete in order to prevent concrete crack and fracture. The results showed that the technical measures were rational and feasible.
