戈壁大温差及大风沙条件下混凝土结构抗裂技术

摘要 兰新客运专线(新疆段)沿线自然环境恶劣,造成了该地区混凝土结构常见的质量缺陷是表面开裂。为确保混凝土结构安全使用和耐久性指标的实现,找出了影响混凝土开裂的关键因素,有针对性地提出减少、克服和预防施工阶段混凝土表面裂纹的较为成熟可靠的控制技术。实践证明采用该技术对于大温差、干燥、大风沙戈壁环境下的西部地区混凝土工程开裂的预防有一定的指导意义。 The bad natural conditions of Lanxin railway line for passenger traffic(Xinjiang section)caused concrete construction surface cracking in this region. In order to ensure the safe use and durability of concrete structure,we found out the key factors influenced the cracking of concrete,put forwards some suggestions about mature and reliable control technology to reduce,overcome and prevent construction stage of the surface crack of concrete. It has been found that using this technology to prevent the western region in large temperature difference under the environment of the gobi,dry,wind and sand storms of concrete engineering cracking had certain guiding significance.
