摘要
我国造价管理水平越来越难以适应复杂多变的工程现状,实际工程中"三超"问题、签证索赔问题都是传统造价管理方法难以准确、及时完成造价数据管理的必然结果,借助于BIM技术,分析BIM技术在造价管理中的应用,并提出基于BIM的造价确定方法。
Cost management is more and more dif icult to adapt to complex engineering situation,the“SanChao”problem in the engineering and claims are inevita-ble result of the cost data management that traditional cost management method is dif icult to accurate,timely complete,with the aid of BIM tech-nology,we can analyze the application of BIM in construction cost manage-ment and put forward cost determination method based on BIM.
