摘要
近年来我国高等教育面临从精英化向大众化转型的挑战,发展中的心理健康教育面对这一系列新的情况,摸索着不断解决这些新的问题,高职高专院校也是大军中的一员,也在做着一些探索和努力尝试。我院从2007至今,在大学生心理健康课的课程体系建设中不断摸索,根据教学原则把心理学渗透到学生的学习生活当中,普及心理健康知识,同时每年深化学习体会教学大纲,精心组织教学,从而总结发现采用以学生需求为主体的精心设计的模块化教学主题套餐,聚焦教学主题套餐的体验式教学活动和方法的设计,可以让学生适时体验,取得了很好的教学效果。
In recent years, our country' s higher education faces the challenge of transformation from elite to mass, the developing mental health education faces a series of new situations. To continuously solve these new problems, higher vocational colleges is also a member of the struggling army and also doing some exploration and trying hard. From 2007 to now, our college has been exploring our way to build the college students' mental health curriculum system and let the psychology infiltrate students' life and popularize mental health knowledge according to teaching principle. Meanwhile, we deepen the learning based on teaching syllabus and thus conclude that well-designed modular teaching theme package based on student demand as the main body and experiential teaching activities and methods focusing on the teaching theme package can let students experience timely and has achieved good teaching effect .
