摘要
受传统教学理念的束缚,初中体育与健康在教学的实践中一直是处于被冷落的地位。要改变这一现状,我们应该从初中体育与健康教学的内容与现状进行分析,剖析造成其不受重视的因素所在,并且在科学的基础上结合实际探寻出一套合理的解决措施,以提高初中体育与健康教学的有效性。
Under the effect of traditional teaching concept, junior middle school physical and health education has always been ignored during teaching practice. To change this situation, we should start our work from analyzing the content and current situation of the physical and health education, and find out the reason of causing the neglect and then explore a set of reasonable measures on the basis of scientific methods and current situation to improve the effectiveness of physical and health teaching in junior middle schools.
