Reflections on the Relationship between Young Pioneers Counselors and Young Pioneers

少年儿童是祖国的希望,民族的未来,在适龄阶段会加入少先队。为了响应党的号召,引导少年儿童向更好的方向发展,对少先队辅导员与少先队员关系的研究很有必要。运用教育社会学中和谐论与冲突论对少先队辅导员与少先队员的关系进行分析,并得出一些有益的启示。

Young children are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. They will join the young pioneers at a proper age. In response to the party＇s call, a research about the relation between the young pioneer counselors and young pioneers is necessary, which also helps to guide the children to develop along a better direction. This paper represents an analysis on the relationship between young pioneer counselors and the young pioneers by using the theory of harmony and the theory of conflict in sociology of education, and afterwards draws some beneficial enlightenment.
