A Research on the Application of Case Study on Fundamental Law Teaching

法律基础课教学的目的是通过本课程的学习,培养学生的法律意识和法制观念。为了到达这一目的,要求教师理论联系实际,使用案例教学法进行教学。案例教学法试图通过展现一些真实、典型的案例,让学生进入案情,身入其境,充分参与教学,有利于提高教学质量,增强教学效果,有利于培养学生的实践能力和创业精神。

A goal of Fundamental Law teaching is to cultivate students＇ legal sense and concept. In order to gain the goal, teachers should combine practice and theory and use case study to deliver legal knowledge. Through the demonstration of real and typical cases, case study teaching theory helps students get involve in the case and fully participate in the class, which helps to improve teaching efficiency and cultivate student practical ability.
