随着我国对教育事业的投入加大,高职高专教育也在迅速发展,伴随着市场经济的崛起,社会对高职高专等院校的英语教学要求越来越高,要求其跟随市场化的节奏来进行教学。高职高专院校的学生近年来呈快速增长的局势,这一现象能够说明社会非常需要这些院校培养的应用型人才。

With the increase of nation＇s investment in education, higher vocational education is developing rapidly.With the rise of the market economy, the demand for raising the standard of English Teaching in higher vocational colleges becomes more and more crucial. English Teaching in higher vocational colleges should change with the requirement of market. The number of students in Higher Vocational Colleges in recent years shows a rapid growth,which can explain that society needs these institutions to cultivate practical talents.
