Strategies of Strengthening Mental Health Education in Mathematics Teaching in Primary Schools

积极心理健康主要包括:情感控制、情绪调节、良好的应对技能、交友的能力、幽默感、积极的人生观、积极的自我感觉等。在小学数学教学中渗透心理健康教育,就是教师在组织数学学习活动时,不仅要关注学生对数学知识的获得,更要关注学生在获得数学知识时的学习方法与策略、学习情感与态度等,同时帮助学习有障碍的学生及时调节学习过程中所产生的紧张、压抑、焦虑等不良情绪,从而更好地开展学习。

Active mental heath includes： emotion control, mood regulation, good coping skills, ability to make friends, humorous, active view of life, active self-sense. The permeation of mental health education in mathematics teaching in primary school indicates that in mathematics learning activities teachers should not only pay attention to the knowledge gaining of students, but also the learning methods, strategies, emotions and attitudes. At the same time,teachers should help the students with learning difficulties to overcome the tension, gloomy, anxiety in learning process.
