近年来,留守儿童的问题越来越突出,严重影响着学校教育教学活动的正常进行。作为班主任,要用爱心、耐心、细心去呵护他们的心灵,塑造他们的思想品质,发掘他们的闪光点,用活动陶冶他们的情操。让他们敞开心扉,走出自我封闭的空间,融入充满活力的班集体,树立正确的人生价值观,在和谐融洽的教学环境中健康快乐的成长。
In recent years, the problem of left-behind children has become more and more serious, which has badly impacted on the normal school education and teaching activities. As headmasters, we should care about their hearts with love and patience, then shape their thinking quality, explore their spotlight and cultivate their sentiment using activities.We should make them open their hearts, walk out of the self-enclosed space, join in the dynamic class, establish a correct outlook on life and grow up in the harmonious teaching environment.
